Great Work, Beautiful Thinking, Meaningful Life.

Great Work, Beautiful Thinking, Meaningful Life.

Video replay of our Author 3-Way conversation to explore the future of work, and what great and meaningful work can become.

With Charlotte Lockhart, Michael Bungay Stanier, and Steven Morris.

I was thrilled to spend time talking with two unique and innovative people, Charlotte Lockhart and Michael Bungay Stanier, to explore how each are changing the landscape of how we work.

We’ll be having a spirited and free-flowing conversation that touched on:

  • Rethinking the work week into a productivity-centric 4-day-work-week.
  • Exploring the framework of Michael’s new book How to Begin, which focuses on how to create something that really matters — to you and to the world.
  • How to find and achieve work that is thrilling, important, and daunting.
  • How trust is not just the emotional currency that all businesses deal in, but it’s also the linchpin to designing a culture that is productive, creative, and can achieve a 4-day-work-week.
  • Ways to design the way we run our businesses in a Post-Pandemic world.
  • How power and control can be rethought for how the leadership sees culture.
