Matter Consulting was founded on the principle that successful entrepreneurship resides at the intersection of individual evolution, self-awareness, business value creation, and creative thinking.
Steven has a diverse background as a successful entrepreneur, business leader, writer, speaker, painter, beekeeper, surfer, and business strategist. He has built, ran, sold, and evolved organizations for the past 30 years. He brings his hard-earned, real-world experience and his training in leadership development, self-leadership, Depth Psychology, CliftonStrengths, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness and meditation background into all 1:1 coaching and team leadership guidance.

Twice-monthly 75-minute sessions (or a single 2.5-hour session) to address leadership challenges and personal growth. Virtual or in-person options. You’ll also have unlimited email access between sessions for urgent questions or support.
